Our founder and CEO, Craig Taner Garrett, was raised in both worlds — an African American father and a Turkish mother who gave him a childhood spanning the US and Türkiye, a second language before he could read, and a cultural fluency no classroom can teach. Our COO, Ahmet, was born and raised in Türkiye and has spent over 20 years in the US launching Turkish restaurants across multiple markets and managing inventory and logistics for major eCommerce companies.

Combined with 30+ years leading operations and analytics at Fortune 100 companies, Karason brings genuine cultural trust on the Turkish side and proven US business execution on the American side.
